DELIVERY

Our delivery time ranges from 1 to 3 weeks, depending on product availability and your shipping address. If the item is in stock, it will be shipped sooner.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. If more than 14 days have passed since you received your order, we won’t be able to process a return or exchange.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Please include a receipt or proof of purchase with your return.

If you’d like to exchange an item, reach out to us at info@ateliermuce.com. In your email, mention which item you’d like to exchange, the reason for the exchange, and the new item you'd like to receive. If the replacement item is of higher value, the price difference will need to be covered.

Note: Since all our pieces are handmade, including those crafted with natural stones, slight variations in shape and color are expected—this uniqueness is part of their beauty.
